A low, soft, almost weightless-looking sedge in a pale frosted green that lightens everything around it. The leaf tips curl, which gives the whole clump a loose, tousled quality. It's at its best where it can spill — over a retaining wall, along a path edge, or out of a wide bowl-shaped pot.
Comb the dead material out with your fingers each spring rather than cutting it.
Potted stock travels upright in a purpose-built carton with the rootball wrapped. Bare-root trees are lifted the week they ship, roots packed in damp shavings. Either way, get it in the ground within a week of arrival.
You've got twelve months. If it was planted the way we suggested and it hasn't come away, send us a photo and we'll replace it on the next run.
Ten or more of one line gets trade pricing without an account. Tell us the site and we'll check the spacing with you before you order.
