What it's like

Correa solves a problem most plants can't: dry shade under established trees. It flowers through the coldest months, feeding honeyeaters when nothing else is out, and it will take coastal wind and salt without complaint. Low, spreading, and quietly good-looking for twelve months of the year.

Getting it established

Excellent drainage. Give it a light trim after flowering to keep it dense.

Potted stock travels upright in a purpose-built carton with the rootball wrapped. Bare-root trees are lifted the week they ship, roots packed in damp shavings. Either way, get it in the ground within a week of arrival.
