Good for
What it's like
A native that behaves like a Mediterranean shrub — fine silvery foliage, small white flowers almost continuously, and a naturally rounded habit that takes clipping beautifully. It handles salt, wind, sand and long dry spells, which makes it one of the most useful low hedging plants for a coastal Tasmanian garden.
Getting it established
Full sun and sharp drainage. Trim lightly and often rather than hard and rarely.
Potted stock travels upright in a purpose-built carton with the rootball wrapped. Bare-root trees are lifted the week they ship, roots packed in damp shavings. Either way, get it in the ground within a week of arrival.
You've got twelve months. If it was planted the way we suggested and it hasn't come away, send us a photo and we'll replace it on the next run.
Ten or more of one line gets trade pricing without an account. Tell us the site and we'll check the spacing with you before you order.
